Permit to Work
Objective
This course aims to provide delegates with a general awareness of permit-to-work systems their importance and their specific roles and responsibilities relating to the PTW System.
Target Group
A permit-to-work system is a formal method of ensuring that authorized and properly trained persons have thought about and assessed foreseeable risks and that they can be avoided by using suitable precautions in the workplace.
Prerequisites
Not applicable to this course
Examination
On successful completion, delegates will have completed a theoretical test and will have a general awareness relating to the requirement for obtaining a work permit before any work is carried out and the procedures and key elements of their permit-to-work system.
On successful completion of this course, delegates will be issued, and In House Training providers certificate
